What kind of metal is best, Stainless or High carbon -

High Carbon Steel stays sharper for longer, reacts to its environment beautifully and is crammed full of character.

Stainless steel requires minimal maintenance and stays shiny.

What is a patina? 

A patina is a protective layer of oxidisation used to protect high carbon steel, a natural patina will always appear through use.

Free shipping inside the UK, or £15 for international shipping.
